Saturday Word of the Day: Legerity

*Legerity: physical or mental quickness; nimbleness; agility.

“She’s gifted with legerity and therefore much more suited to the task,”

“Now listen legerity isn’t everything, the Strong Man has his good points too.”

“He’s a strong man, slow and heavy. She’s an acrobat, light and quick.”

“I still say he’s a better choice for the task,”

“No, she’s the better choice.”

“Ring Master, what’s your opinion?”

“I think you two have gotten off topic, we are meant to be choosing someone to represent us for the judging board at the talent show-”

“He thinks the acrobat is best, she has legerity.”

“Legerity has nothing to do with this!”
